Your books tell you what happened. We tell you what to do next.
THINK Professionals is a CA-led accounting and management consulting practice in Butwal,
working with 90 business clients across trading, manufacturing, hospitality, healthcare and
education. We handle the audit, tax and compliance — and, more usefully, help the people
running these businesses make sharper decisions with the numbers.
Four practice areas. One partner who knows your whole picture.
Most businesses end up with an auditor, a tax filer and a bookkeeper who never speak to each other.
We run all four under one roof, which is how problems get caught before they become penalties.
01
Audit & Assurance
Statutory and internal audit that gives your board, your bank and the regulator something they can rely on — and gives you a clear read on where the controls are thin.
Books that close on time and actually tell you something. For growing businesses we step in as a part-time finance function rather than just a filing service.
From getting the entity registered correctly on day one to the project report your bank actually accepts — the commercial thinking, not just the paperwork.
It is on our logo for a reason. Compliance is the floor, not the service. What you are actually
buying is judgement — someone who has seen this problem before telling you plainly what to do about it.
01
Understand first
We start with how your business actually makes money — the margins, the cycle, the pressure points —
before we touch a single ledger. Advice given without that context is guesswork.
02
Get the base clean
Accurate books, filings that go in on time, exposure identified and closed. Nothing else we
recommend is worth much until this part is boring and reliable.
03
Then push forward
Pricing, working capital, structure, financing, expansion. This is where a CA earns their fee —
and where most compliance-only firms in Nepal stop.
Why owners choose us
Straight answers, in language you can act on.
You should not need an accounting degree to understand your own accountant.
We explain the position, the options and what each one costs you — then we tell you what we would do.
Every engagement is planned and reviewed by a CA. You are not handed to a junior
and rediscovered at year end. When you call with a question, you get someone who already knows your business.
We track your VAT, TDS, instalment and annual return dates against the Nepali
fiscal calendar and come to you before they fall due. Late fees and interest are an avoidable expense, and we treat them that way.
Butwal-based and reachable in person, but working to NFRS/NAS and current IRD
practice — not to whatever was true five budgets ago. Our founder also lectures in corporate governance and financial
management, which keeps the technical side honest.
Scope and fee are set in writing before work starts. If something outside
that scope comes up, we tell you what it will cost before we do it — no year-end surprises.

The founder
Samyak Bajracharya
Chartered Accountant · MBA · Founder
Fourteen years in the profession — Delhi, then Kathmandu, now Butwal —
before and since founding the firm in 2019.
Samyak trained and qualified as a Chartered Accountant working on audits and finance
transformation for clients including Airtel Africa, First Data and Pitney Bowes, then returned to
Nepal for statutory audit and advisory work with Citizen Investment Trust, Nepal Hydro Electric and
a UNCDF-commissioned financial assessment of NMB Bank. THINK Professionals was set up to bring that
standard of work to owner-managed businesses in Lumbini.
He is also a working teacher: MBA lecturer in Corporate Governance and Financial Management at
ISMT College Butwal, lead trainer on a 1,696-hour municipal accounting programme run with Swiss
development cooperation, and visiting faculty at seven colleges. Over 300 professionals have been
through his training rooms.
Real client quote, name, designation and company. I have deliberately left these empty rather
than invent them — fabricated testimonials on a CA firm site are a serious credibility risk.
Testimonial slot 2
Two or three sentences work best. Ask the client what problem they had before you, and what
changed after. Specifics beat praise.
Testimonial slot 3
A Google review screenshot or a short video also works well here if written quotes are hard to collect.
The things people usually want to know first. If yours is not here, ask us directly —
the first conversation is free and we will tell you honestly whether we are the right fit.
Most of our clients are owner-managed businesses — trading houses, small manufacturers,
service firms and professionals. We scale the engagement to the business. A sole proprietor filing one return and a company
needing a full audit get the same standard of work at very different levels of effort and fee.
Yes, and it is common. We start with a review of where the books and filings actually
stand, tell you plainly what needs correcting, and agree a plan before taking over. Handovers are usually smoother than owners expect.
Recurring work — bookkeeping, payroll, monthly filings — runs on a fixed monthly or annual
retainer. One-off work such as registration, valuation or a project report is quoted as a fixed fee once we understand the scope.
Either way the fee is agreed in writing before work begins.
No. We are based in Butwal and clients in Rupandehi and the surrounding districts usually
prefer to meet in person, but a good deal of our work — bookkeeping, filings, advisory calls — runs remotely for clients elsewhere in Nepal.
Yes. Thirty minutes, no obligation, and we will tell you if what you need is simpler than
hiring us. We would rather give an honest answer than take on work that does not suit either side.
Let's start with a conversation.
Tell us where the business is and what is worrying you. Thirty minutes, no cost, no obligation —
and a straight answer on whether we can help.
