An audit opinion is worth nothing if the client can influence it. We keep assurance work properly separated and we decline engagements where we cannot be objective.
We built THINK Professionals to be close enough to our clients that we actually understand their businesses — and technical enough that they never have to worry about the work.
There is no shortage of accountants in Nepal. There is a shortage of accountants who will tell a business owner what the numbers actually mean.
Most small and mid-sized businesses here treat their accountant as a cost of staying legal — someone who files the return, keeps the department quiet and disappears until next year. That is an enormous waste. By the time a set of books is complete, it holds most of what you need to know about pricing, working capital, leakage and where the business is quietly losing money. Almost nobody reads it that way.
THINK Professionals was established in January 2019 by Samyak Bajracharya, a Chartered Accountant, on a straightforward premise: do the compliance work properly and without drama, then spend the relationship on the part that actually changes outcomes. That is what “we think, for you” means. It is not a slogan we added later — it is on the logo because it is the point of the practice.
The practice now serves 90 active business clients and 27 individual clients, with a further 68 engagements concluded. They span trading, manufacturing, hospitality, medical services and educational institutions. Some come to us for an audit and stay for the advice; others arrive with a problem the last accountant could not explain.
An audit opinion is worth nothing if the client can influence it. We keep assurance work properly separated and we decline engagements where we cannot be objective.
Your figures, your margins, your disputes and your plans stay inside this office. That holds during the engagement and after it ends.
If the position is bad, we say so early. If a plan will not work, we say that too. You cannot make a good decision on a comfortable answer.
Deadlines met, calls returned, work delivered when we said it would be. In this profession that is most of the job.

Start with step oneYou tell us where the business is, what is worrying you and what you have been told so far. We tell you honestly whether we are the right firm for it.
We review your books, filings and registrations as they stand and give you a short written summary of what is sound, what needs correcting and what is exposed.
An engagement letter setting out exactly what we will do, when, and what it costs. Nothing starts before you have agreed it.
Backlogs cleared, filings brought current, controls tightened. This phase is unglamorous and it is where most of the value gets created.
Monthly close, filings ahead of deadline, and a regular conversation about what the numbers are telling you. This is the part you are really paying for.
Whether you need an auditor, a tax filer or someone to think alongside you — start with a conversation.
